I found a small parking lot in Mount View, North Kingstown RI. There was a beach there that had a wide view of the bay. It might be a cool spot for a sunrise.
I went to the Mount View area one day when I was meeting a friend and noticed the clouds were really interesting. I had to get to the water and take a few photos.
