The paths inside Goddard Park are pretty awesome when the sun is starting to set. The bits of sunlight on the trees is great. This photo doesn't do it justice.
This photo from Quonsett you can see a storm rolling in from Jamestown. It's a pretty cool spot to see a storm coming. Though not cool if you are on a sailboat and lightning is coming, but that's a story for another time..
There is a path that goes through the woods along the beach in Goddard Park. You can find some really cool views. This photo caught my eye because of the glow on the trees. Unfortunately it didn't come out as expected digitally, but it's close.
These white trees in Goddard Park really stood out to me.
This is the Jamestown bridge, it connects Jamestown to North Kingstown. I took this photo while on the Lighthouse Cruise. There are many opportunites to take photos of the bridge from land, but there is something about being close to the massive structure.
The tour included 10 RI Lighthouses including: Poplar Point Lighthouse, Plum Beach Lighthouse, Dutch Island Lighthouse, Whale Rock Lighthouse, Beavertail Lighthouse, Castle Hill Lighthouse, Lime Rock Lighthouse, Goat Island Lighthouse, Rose Island Lighthouse, and the Conanicut Lighthouse.
I had a great experience, and am looking forward to doing it again!
