To get to Castle Hill Lighthouse you need to park at the Castle Hill Inn and walk down a trail. You'll end up at these rocks where you can watch the boats go by.

I've never been inside the Castle Hill Inn, but I do go periodically to visit the nearby Castle Hill Lighthouse. The building has a beautiful view of the harbor.
